This site is new and while it builds up readership ad space on the right column of linkpages is available free of charge for products, venues, services, etc. that would be of genuine interest to the site's visitors.
Ad Specs & Rules
- Maximum dimensions of ad - no wider than 150 pixels, no higher than 275 pixels.
- Ad can be color or black &white.
- Unlike the Memling Index Homepage, ads on the linkpages need not be vintage in
feel.
- No Flash or animations unless it’s quite subtle and particularly interesting.
- Each ad can be displayed on 3 linkpages in total (1 spot per page). The
reason for this limit is I think seeing the same ad over and over again on the same
website is....well....lame!
Ad Position in Column
During this initial period, when ad space is free, the position of ads in the column will be a completely subjective matter. Ads for products & venues I feel will be of the most interest to visitors will be placed closer to the top. The quality and vintage-ness of the ads' design will also play into my decision.
